Isabel had been engaged in drama from the time she was in school. Apart from studying drama, she also was a student of Perdekamp Emotional Method at Queensland University of Technology. She did not audition for the roles she was interested in until her agent found her in 2002. She auditioned for a role on Home and Away (1988). The producers felt she wasn't right for the part however they were pleasantly surprised to create a different role for her Tasha. In the following three years, she played her first television role and won an Logie Award. Isabel was transferred out of London in 2008 to Los Angeles in 2008. The year 2009 saw Isabel's breakout role was in Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen. Since then, Isabel has appeared in numerous US-based as well as Australian productions. In addition, she has won numerous prizes. Isabel has recently appeared on Bosh & Rockit a film quickly becoming an Australian famous film, and in the upcoming thriller Lunacy.
